DEADLINE TO COMMENT ON THE PROPOSED USCG REGULATION USCG-2013-1087 IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY 27, 2015!
There will be substantial costs for terminals if the proposed regulation is passed in its’ current form. The USCG has asked for your facility’s comments and opinions. The request from the USCG is so they can modify the proposed regulation if received comments show the necessity. They need your perspective in order to consider making changes. To date, there are very few comments posted from the perspective of facilities! The vast majority are from other sources and are unfavorable to facilities!
